We are a trio rock band hailing from Southern New Jersey that have a love of great music. We are all multi instrumentalists and from time to time you will see us switch up our instruments to rock out on different songs. We formed for a local benefit and after about 3 weeks of practice we had 35 songs down. When we were asked by the people running the benefit what the name of the band was someone said “hey you are a band for a day” and after a play on words here we are!
